Individual retreats are very interesting to organize: a person comes with a request and gets a recommendation on how best to resolve the issue: one consultation or 1-2-3 day work in different places and temples, where it is most favorable for the physical and subtle bodies!
The choice is always up to a person, as it is more convenient for him to solve his problem, but the universe offers the best available option.
Interestingly, online retreats work according to the same scheme: they give recommendations on when to carry out energy work and what is better for a person to do before, after, between sessions (rituals, sea/water, Temple - always based on available ones). A kind of support and correction of individual work.
A person learns independently and effectively to work on himself/herself in the process of solving the current issue and then he/she copes on his/her own until the next big layer for study (self-knowledge is a path, not an end point), with which he/she needs help (you will just know how to feel when you can handle yourself or need help).
Session cost: from 10,900₽
It is determined individually based on the request, format and duration.

Panch Kedar Yatra — the five Hindu temples or sacred sites in the Himalayas in the Garhwal region of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The temples are dedicated to Shiva and are important pilgrimage sites for Shaivites. The Panch Kedars are described in many legends that link their origin to the five Pandavas — heroes of the ancient Indian epic "Mahabharata."
Panch Kedar Yatra
Route: 16-day trek Start from Gaurikund 1. Kedarnath – The Hump of Shiva. 2. Tungnath – The Arms of Shiva. 3. Rudranath – The Face of Shiva. 4. Madhyamaheshwar – The Navel (or abdomen) of Shiva. 5. Kalpeshwar – The Hair (Jata) of Shiva.
Rituals: - Bathing in the Mandakini River (near Kedarnath). - Chanting the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya" 108 times at each temple.
"He who visits all five Kedars will be liberated from the five poisons of ignorance" (Tibetan lama from Badrinath)
The five best treks of the religious circuit of Uttarakhand include Kedarnath, Madhyamaheshwar, Tungnath, Rudranath, and Kalpeshwar. This spiritual journey to these five sacred temples, scattered across the Indian state of Uttarakhand, will lead you on the path to enlightenment, help cleanse you of sins, and prove indispensable when you most need awakening. "Panch" means "five," and "Kedar" is one of the names of Lord Shiva. Thus, Panch Kedar mainly consists of five sacred shrines of Lord Shiva, located in the Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. • Kedarnath Temple: Situated at an altitude of 3,583 m. • Rudranath Temple: Situated at an altitude of 3,559 m. • Tungnath Temple: Situated at an altitude of 3,680 m above sea level. • Madhyamaheshwar Temple: Situated at an altitude of 3,490 m. • Kalpeshwar Temple: Situated at an altitude of 2,200 m.
History of Panch Kedar The history of Panch Kedar is directly connected to the spiritual journey of the Pandavas, the mythological heroes of the Mahabharata. According to legends, the Pandavas felt remorseful over the bloodshed that occurred during the war with their cousins, the Kauravas.
On the advice of Rishi Vyasa, all five Pandava brothers, along with their wife Draupadi, went to the Himalayas to meet Lord Shiva to express their repentance. However, Lord Shiva did not want to meet the Pandavas because he was displeased with the bloodshed. Therefore, he disguised himself as a buffalo and appeared in five different places in the Himalayas. However, Bhima recognized him and began to chase him. When he pulled the buffalo out by the tail, its body scattered across five different places, where Lord Shiva himself appeared in his divine form to meet and forgive them for all their unintended misdeeds.
The buffalo's hump appeared in Kedarnath, the torso appeared in Madhyamaheshwar, its arms manifested in Tungnath, its face appeared in Rudranath, and its hair in Kalpeshwar. The temple built by the Pandavas was located in Kedarnath, which is considered one of the 12 Jyotirlingas present in India.
Historical facts: - 8th century: First mentions in the "Kedara Khanda" (part of the "Skanda Purana"). - 9th century: Kedarnath was built (Advaita philosophy of Shankaracharya). - 2021: Flooding partially destroyed Kedarnath → the temple was restored using ancient techniques (without cement). Connection with the Roerichs - In 1925, Nicholas Roerich painted a study “Tungnath” (kept in New York). - Helena Roerich mentioned Panch Kedar in letters as “energy points of Agni Yoga”.
"There is no mountain range like the Himalayas, because there are both Kailash and Manasarovar in this range. As the dew dries from the morning sun, so our sins will dry up when we see the Himalayas" / Ramayana/
For a fifth of humanity, Kailash is the center of the universe.
A sacred space for Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, bon followers.
The ultimate goal for every believer is to make a pilgrimage around the mountain to cleanse himself of earthly deeds.
The more often a person walks the difficult 52-kilometer path leading through the 5,648-meter-high Drolma La pass, the sooner the moment of moksha will come - the liberation of the soul from samskara.
Mount Kailash is the abode of the god Shiva, where he resides with his wife Parvati, their children, Ganesha and Skanda.
It was on Mount Kailash that Ganga descended with great force from the spiritual world to the material world and was caught by the locks of Shiva to calm her violent temper.
The Vishnu Purana describes the four sides of Kailash, created from crystal, ruby, gold and lapis lazuli.
Pilgrims perform a parikrama (kora or ritual circumambulation around the shrine).
It is believed that one parikrama is one circle of life.
The mountain is a pillar of the world, located in the heart of six ridges symbolizing the lotus, the entire universe is controlled from this place.
